Sept 5, 2010

Started back up working out this past week. I was able to get 3 days in for at least 45 minutes a time. I would like to get to 4 days and get at least an hour in each time. A lot going on in my life but a good outlet will need to be a good exercise program. I walked/jogged a mile and a half yesterday, did 60 incline push ups my right shoulder is hurting quit a bit, and was able to get in 100 sit ups alternating from regular to twist. It has felt good and as things work themselves out over the next while it should get better. People in my life are good examples for me to follow.

Glad to seeing you posting your exercise again. Exercise is good medicine. Everything has a way of working themselves out. A lot of the time not the way you want. We need to find other reasons to carry on and be strong. Try and find the positives in your life because they are there, you just have to look. Please keep up the exercise. love ya dad
