I was able to be motivated to get up and get into work to have a workout. I have tried to wait until the end of the day to work out but it just don't happen. Then with my hour drive home I get even less motivated to workout at home. so last night when I went to bed I told myself I would do it in the morning without fail and I did.
It wasn't the greatest workout but it felt good to me. I only did about 1 3/4 miles in 30 min. I did some abdominal's and a little bit of legs. I am staying over tonight so I am usually good about the workout in the morning. I do realize that my day seems a lot more positive when I get my workout in the morning. Day 1 down 20 more to a habit! Both blogging and working out.

I am glad that you got your workout in. I know how hard it is even when you have the type of job that I have. Everyday I have different times of the day that are free but getting down to the aerobics room is still hard. You keep up the good work. love ya dad

It is hard to stay motivated after you have worked all day. It happens to me also. I get off at 7am and it takes every ounce of commitment I have to hit the road once I get home. And unfortunately it doesn't happen enough but I am trying to change that by switching things up. I find that if I take my workout clothes to work and change before I come home it helps me to go run right when I park the car. I don't even go inside because I know more than likely I will stay in there and go to bed. 12's suck and they always will but it is up to us to find what works for our schedules. Keep it up, you're doing great. Love ya.
